David Aminov with Slice has been instrumental in providing me help in getting my clover system set up at my business when I was looking for a new POS system. He explained things was very helpful, providing a phone number that I could call pretty much anytime of the day. I feel everything with the company is very straightforward. I was able to set up the POS system with very little health and the help that I didn’t need they were right their phone call away. I would highly recommend Slice for any small business.

Excellent customer services by Steve and Tecnical support , monthly convenient fees . Online platform were all the records and taxes. So far very happy with the service and the app .

Steve R. Is the sole reason for having a great experience these last 3 years. He's very personable. Always gets right back to you. Never once had a problem as long as I contact him. Customer service with clover "used to be good." Ever since covid they are very terrible. That's an understatement. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. So I don't even try anymore. I just hit up my boy Steve and he handles everything. I'm surprised at how fast he is to respond to text. Steve is definitely a stand up guy. And the only reason I've stuck with slice and refer him to everyone who owns a business.
