Working with Slice has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. As a small business, we appreciate that they help us keep so much more of our hard-earned money! But that's not all they do! They helped us get set up with register terminals that streamlined business and made the experience so much nicer for our customers. They partner with so many other providers that offer very affordable services to help integrate additional features to help our business, such as a software provider that sends orders from our registers straight to our kitchen. That was a huge improvement for us! Brett Seltzer is in charge of our account, and anything we need, he has a team member on it the same day. Honestly, when we decided to use Slice, we realized our whole system needed an overhaul, and I was dubious it could be handled problem-free. I was wrong! And the BEST PART is that Slice takes care of all of our requests themselves. Our local representative Travis is very responsive, and always has someone follow up on our requests quickly. They have provided assistance for integrating our previous gift cards with the new registers, they imported all of our existing items into the new system, and anytime I have questions about adding or changing information, they are available immediately for consultation. We have never had such a dedicated business partner who finds solutions quickly and does it all for us, so that we don't spend precious time doing it ourselves. Any business owner knows how priceless a service like that is!

Andrew Hyman at slice merchants was great very helpful and solved many issues for us at our business we received the equipment promptly and service is excellent.

If we could give more stars we definitely would. Morris and Alex gave us some of the best customer service around even when things weren’t going in the right direction they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. At times we got impatient but they didnt budge and waiver from the task at hand. So we highly recommend working with them.

I have been using SLICE for years at my wireless store, I must say that Randy Guerrier is a great guy. It's an outstanding experience working with him. He is always very courteous and helpful. And, their customer service team deserves accolades. They were not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly patient and helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. Whether I reached out via phone or email, I always received prompt and courteous assistance, which is essential for any business owner navigating the complexities of payment processing. -Kudos!!!
