Very skeptical at first about using. POS System ! Start slice and their team , especially Michael and his partner made a transition fairly easy ! I am a guy paper of pen and new technology made me un easy! Michael and clover came in set up and did the heavy work! Now four months in technology has made my life easier! Everything I need from daily and up to minute sales is at my fingertips! Learning the use , was easier than I thought! I also did my research and called one of their other clients to get feedback on system and service ! The lady had told me I just call Michael and have an answer right away or start slice calls me within a few minutes! So far I am happy with clover and start slice! Michael is now a part of our business family, he works well with my staff and they get along very well when he comes in! It’s natural to feel the way I did , hesitant and fear of unknown, but I am over that and love the fact as long as the bar code is in system my business will always get the right price, the ease of putting in orders and not having to run all day to kitchen or cold areas to put in a written dupe is a life saver! The computer prints only one way and it speeds up production when my staff doesn’t have to decifer different style handwriting! I can see up to minute sales and analytics On my manager app! Nothing out in this world is perfect , sure there are some things I need to figure out to make it our way, but it gets done! Thank You Start Slice Team and Michael V and team! I will recommend you to all I know in this industry! We are now working on integrating all our delivery apps into the system!!
