I’m not sure whether the delayed responses were due to the individual handling my emails or the company’s overall process. However, the lack of timely communication regarding my ongoing investment has left me disappointed with the level of customer service provided after the investment was made.

What is the next step now that Atombeam is closed? How do I follow my investment? How do I know if my investment is increasing or decreasing? Do I follow my investment on StartEngine or Atombeam?

I must admit, I was more than a little excited, by the prospect of being able to invest in a private company - something previously only available to "Accredited" Investors. I am a subscriber to Luke Lango's "Innovation Investor" newsletter. He recommended "Artly" - the Robotics company. I found it on StartEngine, and placed a small "bet" on Artly. It helped, too, that "Mr. Wonderful" (Kevin O'Leary) of "Shark Tank" fame, put $50 million of his own money in StartEngine. That fact alone is causing me to contemplate a private (placement) investment in the StartEngine platform, itself.

Not really sure but what’s going on. New to this game I don’t even know when I would earn money or not earn money still somewhat in the dark. I just invested seeing what I might get or what I might receive. Thank you.

Have always had to wait on a broker to do what I wanted to buy and always he was to late.
