Easy to order on their website. The phones arrived as promised and they were the exact phones I needed to replace my broken phone. I ordered 2 phones, but only needed 1. Keeping the other phone as a spare, since I have 7 phones and who knows when another phone may break down.

I was able to find what I was looking for. I needed an extra cordless phone for my system. I received my Panasonic cordless phone very fast and it worked great with my Panasonic cordless phone system that I already have.

I ordered 3 Avaya phones for our office that had been discontinued. I found the phones we needed on Startechtel's website. We received the phones in a very timely manner and are very happy with them. This saved us quite a bit of money from having to purchase a new system.
