If the products you ordered were working fine when you got them consider yourself lucky. But if you have any problems and need actual customer service or a return forget about it, they will find something to keep from having to help you. Very dishonest in that way.

Startecthtel.com Sales Manager refused to accept the reason that their phone could not connect to my inwall phoneline---even by an Xfinity Technician. I would have accepted a new phone but was only offered some kind of one-year warrantee for the non-function phone they sent me. I'm now stuck for many weeks with a useless phone. I would advise anyone looking to buy a phone from this company to look for a more ethical firm.

I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys

I had 4 bad phones out of a 10 phone order that were bad that I ordered in November 2017. I had to pay $42 shipping to have them warranty repaired in March 2018. I think I'm done with them.

Showed picture and description included wireless stand with phone. Phone shipped without wireless stand. When asked, they changed pic/description(I have original webpage pdf saved) and said that it was never part of the listing. Be careful

Ordered headsets they said were in stock. They called back to tell me they were out of stock, but they could sell me new ones, or I could wait until the next week to get re-furb ones like I ordered, but they would be over twice as much as what I originally ordered. The old bait and switch. I canceled my order. Found what I was looking for on-line at another site for even less. Hopefully this one goes through.

Ordered speed dial unit for Avaya phone, unit never worked. Needed a power source was not told it is required. Returned item. Waste of time.

There are two problems with the phone I received. Since it has fast dialing features, it would have been helpful to have a users manual to use it. The second problem was that I didn't get a dial tone. It was dead. Therefore I would like to exchange it for a working phone. However, if I can't get a manual, the phone would be useless to me. In that case I would prefer a refund for the phone and for the shipping charges for returning It.
