I made a purchase online , but as I was in the uk I realised it would be more cost effective to order the 2 signatures I want in one order. So I placed a 2nd order for the 2 items & emailed immediately to cancel the 1st order However they have refused to refund me - and have since ignored all my emails requesting cancellation (my cancellation was requested within 30 minutes of me placing the order & the order was a pre order for April!!!) Rude and untrustworthy

Hi Susan, Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify what happened. We offered to issue a refund, however as clearly stated in our policies, all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee to cover non-recoverable processing and administrative costs. Regarding the order itself: if a customer wishes to add additional signers to an existing order, this can be done by selecting “Add Signature to In-Cart or Previous Order Item” at checkout. A separate new order is not required for this, which is why the situation occurred. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and transparently. We also note that your Trustpilot account reflects multiple 1-star reviews across different businesses, and we’ve handled this case fully in line with our stated policies. We always encourage customers to reach out before placing a new order if they’re unsure — we’re happy to help and avoid misunderstandings. StarSpot Team

I bought the product. It was rejected from customs in my country. I was told it was returned. Although 3 months have passed, now; The seller says there is no return. The cargo company says we sent it. So since I have nothing to do, I wanted to write here to at least honestly convey my experience.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this situation must be. Your order was shipped successfully from our side, and according to the information available to us, your country’s customs indicated that the package was returned to sender. Unfortunately, as of now, we have not received the item back, even after several months. If the package does arrive back to us, we will of course reach out and arrange reshipment right away. In the meantime, since the postal service has marked the shipment as delivered/returned on their end, you may be able to file a missing mail or investigation claim directly with the shipping carrier for further clarification. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and regret that this situation could not be resolved more smoothly.

Done a few signings through this company. I’ve had an excellent experience with all of them. Their communication has been on point, with any questions I’ve had. They offer great opportunities to get autos from actors and actress’s. StarSpot Signings is a company I 100% trust to get the job done!!

I recently ordered a signed photo of Michael C. Hall and the experience was absolutely flawless. The team at StarSpot Signings kept me updated all the way, packaging was excellent, and the autograph arrived safely to Greece. Their communication was personal and genuinely kind, it felt like dealing with people who really care about their customers and their love for these artists. Highly recommend StarSpot Signings to every collector or fan who wants something authentic and handled with heart! 🖤
