Unfortunately it's a bad experience for me
I bought the product. It was rejected from customs in my country. I was told it was returned. Although 3 months have passed, now; The seller says there is no return. The cargo company says we sent it. So since I have nothing to do, I wanted to write here to at least honestly convey my experience.

Your order was shipped successfully from our side, and according to the information available to us, your country’s customs indicated that the package was returned to sender. Unfortunately, as of now, we have not received the item back, even after several months. If the package does arrive back to us, we will of course reach out and arrange reshipment right away. In the meantime, since the postal service has marked the shipment as delivered/returned on their end, you may be able to file a missing mail or investigation claim directly with the shipping carrier for further clarification. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and regret that this situation could not be resolved more smoothly.
