Very poor service. Have sent a complaint (only hours ago, so no response yet). My current situation is I sent a 3D Stanger Things funko, fully boxed, with protector as a send in signature item. I chose that item as it was very clean. I received a damaged flattened box which has numerous chips and dents in it, no funko, no protection. Would not recommend and glad I only sent one item as a test.

I pre-paid for a product almost a year ago, but it still hasn't been delivered. The company keeps shifting the blame to the courier service, which is not the issue. I bought the product from StarSpot, so they are responsible for delivery and updates, not the courier. I also ordered a cheaper item initially, then noticed the exclusive version became available. After spending more money on the exclusive, I asked for a refund for the original item. Instead, they offered me a partial refund, saying I had to either keep both items or forfeit most of my payment. Overall, poor customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

Unwilling to deliver a paid for item, will try their best to take as much money from you and then tell you it’s your problem when you never receive the package. Would not recommend.

Hi Sam, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we want to clarify the situation. According to the carrier’s tracking, the package was returned to sender, however we have not physically received the item back at our facility yet. Because the carrier is currently in possession of the shipment, a claim needs to be filed directly with the carrier, as they are responsible for the return transit. That said, as soon as the item is returned to us, we will immediately ship it back out to you. We have no interest in withholding items that customers have paid for, and we’re happy to resolve this once the carrier process is completed. Team StarSpot

Hi Daniel, We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency. You placed a send-in order for the Jake Lloyd signing, which had not yet taken place at the time. You then repeatedly requested that your poster be sent back so you could obtain additional signatures elsewhere in the meantime. Although this goes against our standard send-in policy, we made an exception and returned the poster to you as a courtesy. The poster was returned unsigned because the Jake Lloyd signing had not occurred yet, which was communicated clearly. The expectation was that the item would be sent back to us once the signing takes place so it can be completed as ordered. We were disappointed to see a post shared in a public Facebook group suggesting the poster was sent back without explanation, as this omitted important context and could be misleading to others reading it. I made a purchase online , but as I was in the uk I realised it would be more cost effective to order the 2 signatures I want in one order. So I placed a 2nd order for the 2 items & emailed immediately to cancel the 1st order However they have refused to refund me - and have since ignored all my emails requesting cancellation (my cancellation was requested within 30 minutes of me placing the order & the order was a pre order for April!!!) Rude and untrustworthy

We offered to issue a refund, however as clearly stated in our policies, all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee to cover non-recoverable processing and administrative costs. Regarding the order itself: if a customer wishes to add additional signers to an existing order, this can be done by selecting “Add Signature to In-Cart or Previous Order Item” at checkout. A separate new order is not required for this, which is why the situation occurred. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and transparently. We also note that your Trustpilot account reflects multiple 1-star reviews across different businesses, and we’ve handled this case fully in line with our stated policies.
