Disappointing
The stone wasn’t the right stone and it was really disappointing because the stone looked like it had black threads in it. They also charge you if you open the seal on the certificate of authenticity.

Perfect ring

The website was easy to use

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas and size was not right. I returned for a new size with no issues at all. Very professional operation and extremely responsive.

Amazing Customer Service
I had an issue with my parcel shipment and reached out to Starry Cradles. Their customer service was fast, friendly and VERY helpful with looking into my issue and resolving it in a timely manner. I just received my order and although late, we absolutely love the Alexandrite earrings!!!

Nice Shop
I received the Silver Amethyst Earrings ordered on time and nicely wrapped. Nice piece and priced reasonable too! Gave them to my GF early Christmas and she loves them. So did I. Thank you Starry Cradles and Lillian!
