Everything about the process with quick and easy. From ordering the package I wanted. To naming and deciding. Then came the easy part. Getting my stars name and coordinates printed out. I did not have one issue with how I had to go about. From the beginning to end. It was quite easy

This service is absolute waste. I was charged $90 for the BASIC package, that is supposed to $35. When I emailed customer service (because there’s no phone number to reach them, and maybe that’s why this service is such a garbage fire), they told me they charged me an extra $55 to PRINT IT OUT. $55 to do something I could have done right here at home. And besides that, they weren’t even looking at MY order and told me it could not be refunded because it had already been delivered (it has not, and they didn’t even have my name correct). Do not waste your time, you will get charged way more money than you anticipate. If you’re wondering why they don’t show you your total while you’re checking out, this is why. You don’t get to see how they’ve scammed you until you see your bank statement. Don’t waste your time or money or energy on this scam. Sincerely, NOT Sharon whose order has been delivered

Had an issue with billing (website double-billed) but they were on top of it. Easy to use website, with links and info to print out. Happy customer.

I bought a deluxe star kit (34.99) and they charged me 89.99. I asked for the reason, and I was told I checked an option I did not. They did not even make the effort to find a solution or refund the money to my credit card. So, I lost my money. Be careful! This is shameful.

I bought this for my son who has everything. He loved it. I also bought one for my sister in law for Christmas. I think she will love it.

What a great gift idea, my partner loved it, so special and meaningful. The website was user friendly and super easy to make the purchase. I will highly recommend this to my friends and family. Thanks again for helping make our anniversary special.
