Star RegisterReviews of starregister.org

I am very happy with the service.. they got back to me in a timely manner after I emailed with a question.. they also had my stars and all the paperwork ready by the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone Thank you 😊

I bought the Twin Star package as a wedding gift! Out of the 2 gifts I purchased, I was most excited for this one. I will be honest I ran into some snags after ordering but the team was fast ( with in a day ) with communication and fixed the problem! This is a great gift to remember any occasion! I will be ordering again! Thank you so much for your patience and catering to my fixes!!!

I ordered the most expensive package for my partner and was very excited for the plaque to deliver. It showed as delivered on their site but it never arrived. I emailed them and still have not gotten a response after 24 hours. I suspect this company is a scam and would not recommend them unless I get a proper reply with either a full refund or an explanation and prompt delivery of the plaque. Update: they reached out and we will see if they fix it.

My husband passed way and I’m the midst of going through paper work I found the certificate. Immediately downloaded the app went on the website, but for some reason, I was having trouble locating the star. I immediately spent an email to Customer Service and within about six hours. I had a response with the information I went back on the app and I was able to locate the star pictures everything the Customer Service was so kind first of all, expressing their sympathy and condolences for the loss of my husband but extremely quick in there response and resolution time. I will now name one in memory of my husband ♥️

Very kind and helpful. Was willing to correct a slight mistake I made in the process of getting my custom star created. Responded to my emails in a timely manner and were willing to resolve any other issues I had.

I’ve bought three stars from this site. It’s quick and easy and a wonderful gift.

A huge thank you for the sensitivity and professionalism. The idea of purchasing a symbolic star in memory of my late son was very comforting, and the entire process was handled in a respectful and moving way. I am grateful for the eternal keepsake. Wonderful service!
