I have a very hard time seating the hearing aids in the charger. They do not fit

I can hear the sound, can't recognize the similar words ,like wax and max, same and name... Your hearing aids can't solve this problem.

The hearing aid specialist is wonderful and has been extremely helpful. I really like her a lot and would highly recommend her to anyone needing ear cleaning, hearing test, or for hearing aids. The hearing aids worked pretty well the first few weeks, after that I started getting 'feedback', especially my right ear. It sounds like the ocean and is annoying to wear them, even tho they do improve my hearing ~

I only have one since my right ear hears well. It’s very comfortable but inconvenient in a restaurant, or any relatively noisy place. I turn it off.

Like it doesn’t interfere with my glasses. Sticks out more than I expected. Still having to ask people to repeat unless they are right next to me

Still trying to decide if I like these! My old ones just needed an adjustment once in 7/8 years! There’s have been adjusted 4 times already! I have an appointment in 2 weeks and we will see!

Update: My hearing aids are FINALLY charging (after weeks of intermittent charging) because my audiologist gave me a different style charger. Working with tech support, the hearing aids now stream IF I can get them to pair! Each morning I struggle to pair with my iPhone. Why is this so difficult? My right hearing aid got stuck (once only) in my ear canal & it was painful to remove it. I have not found the Edge AI mode helpful and the Health features are estimates. I am going to try Widex hearing aids to compare them.
