My Echo hearing aids are less than3 months old. The left one is not fully charging and drains rapidly compared to the right aid. I will pursue a replacement but why is this taking place and will they last me 10 years? I cannot keep replacing every 3 years with the promise of new and improved performance. I was told they would have a 48 hr charge ability but not seeing that.

Hollow sound despite audiologist tweaking. Sound quality when streaming crackles and is staticy. I dont expect Bose quality but at least clear sound. That is my biggest disappointment Left aid doesn’t charge regularly. It might be user error, but the light says it is charging Expensive compared to Jabra and not noticeably different. I would return them if it was possible. Just too expensive

Need a setting that works in the car

The audiologist was very helpful & fun to work with. But the hearing aids keep falling out. Not happy about that.

Diagnosis of hearing loss was comprehensive. Staff friendly, efficient. Cost was discussed and before they checked for benefits from my healthcare plan of which I was not aware, I paid full price. After purchase I contacted my healthcare plan for benefits of which I was entitled to approx $3000 in benefits. I returned to the place of purchase and they quickly rectified the situation. I'm thankful for the staff that rectified the misunderstanding efficiently.

I guess they work fine in regular mode. Tinnitus mode and Crowd mode are worthless. I told this to the person that fitted me when I went back for the six month checkup and basically she just looked at me like, “oh well”. My other issue is when I put them in their case to charge, no matter how careful I am, at least once or twice a week the alarm that they aren’t seated properly goes off waking my wife who has to wake me up to fix it. My $100 air buds don’t have this problem. When the time comes to replace these I’ll definitely shop around. I’m not saying I won’t buy Starkey but I’m going to look a lot harder next time. I’m sure if the clinic that I bought these from reads this review it’s going to be a little awkward but, “oh well”.

i still have one hearing aide that has loud feedback in my ear. i don't like that these hearing aides can't "turn off". they are incredibly expensive for the same basic hearing aide I bought 10 years ago. the technology hasn't increased as much as the price in my opinion.
