Able to hear better

The hearing aids are awesome!!! Really like the features and are easy to work. The charger sucks!!! Would think for the price paid the charger would be as good as the hearing aids. Sometimes the charge and sometimes they don't. Have worked with the vendor on different stations, but nothing seemed to work.

It helps with theft

Nice hearing aids, however, we have tried four times now to get the feedback to occur in my Left Ear without success.

Occasionally I cannot restart my phone.

my hearing s better with this aid but I did not get clear instructions on the functions. I’m still trying to understand how to best use it. I use the louder and softer functions a lot now that I know left is lower and right is higher. I find myself switching to understand speech without being blasted if someone laughs At a concert last night I couldn’t hear the announcer but blasted by applause. I gave up and put the aids in my purse.

Like my Starkey hearing aids! The new ones are not affected by sweat or damp hair! Every so often the sound seems to cut out but comes back - annoying
