I got the newest in the ear aid and it just isn’t good. Fit has never been right, although it has been redone numerous times. Why do you persist with a hard plastic unit rather than have a soft silicon cap. The seal would be better and the unit more comfortable for all day wear

Received hearing aids January 2020 & used with Strive app on my phone Happy until you updated & my phone was no longer compatible Now I have to adjust hearing aids manually or invest hundreds of dollars for a new phone. Not in my budget therefore VERY unhappy.

My main problem is they’re constantly changing. Every time I get them set the best for my hearing, in just a matter of minutes they make changes. They have a mind of their own!! I assume they’re supposed to be helping by adjusting to the surroundings as they think you want it to sound, but they don’t know how I need it !! They make Just far too many adjustments on their own!! I have worn Starkey for approx 20 years, & have always been very pleased! Once they were adjusted properly, there was no problems! Not with this pair! I’m being honest about my experience. I rarely wear them. Most of the time I ware my previous Rextone. The aren’t the best but I don’t have near the problems! I really don't care for the clear hard plastic ear pieces. They are difficult to insert and limit additional sound to whatever comes through the small hole in them. Also, I think the charging unit with the dehumidifier puck bends the ear piece and wire from the main unit when the lid is closed. I think this may have been the reason why I had to have my hearing aid repaired recently. The charging unit needs to be redesigned with a deeper cup so that hearings aids aren't bent by the puck when the lid is closed. I'll go back to the rubber ear pieces next time I get new hearing aids.

Have BTH model for a year and do not fit properly. Also makes me dizzy to wear them for a long time. Thus wearing them less and less.

I bought a new pair of hearing aids. The first pair kept dying. They gave me a new pair and the same thing happened. I now have the 3rd pair that are rechargeable. So far they are working. I still need to turn them up but when I do they buzz . I have a difficult time with normal conversation

I've had my rechargeable hearing aids for 3 years and have had issues with needing them to be replaced or repaired a few times because the device wasn't holding a charge for a whole day. The last time I had one repaired, it was returned with different settings, especially the tinnitus setting, which doesn't help the tinnitus at all. I returned to the audiologist to adjust it, but it didn't help. It may be my fault that I'm just missing something about the technology but I still have issues with my hearing and adjusting the hearing aids. They're not user friendly to me. I need help learning how I can get the most out of these hearing aids and plan to contact customer service to help me. Hopefully it's just me and I need help adjusting the devices.
