I have the Starkey Livio 2400which I wear for at least 14 hours each day being profoundly deaf in both ears. I have had issues with one ear losing the volume ability or to change channels , and last year I experienced volume surging with no apparent cause found, however on both occasions the units were replaced. The experience trying to use Samsung rather than Apple products for the control of the aids was fine but unreliable, I now use Apple iPad at home and Samsung mobile outdoors and the system is great in nearly every aspect, connection to TV, listening to music, connection to external Microphone all 100% Comfort in wearing is the best to date hardly aware of them at all, the only issue I have is the use of the fall alert function, even on low sensitivity it sends out a fall alert if I come down a slope too fast or the stairs and doesn't always alert me giving me time to cancel the alert to my family. in the last two weeks it has registered several falls were in fact non had occurred which suggests the app may require adjustment. Overall not a problem as I am not prone to falls but If I was it could cause some concern to alert recipients . This product is far better then any previously used and are well worth the money.

Wonderful people and so helpful, they go above and beyond. Thank you for being so kind and understanding to my 88 year old dad.

My experience with Starkey has been awesome as I have been using the Livio Edge hearing aids. Edge mode is REALLY essential when near a lot of background noise when walking near traffic or busy areas, as it makes it totally crystal clear when someone is walking next to you. I can finally hear my family when they talk to me, and my audiologist (Sonus) was extremely professional and very response. All around Positive experience.

I've had my hearing aids for two months, they have exceeded all my expectations. The sound, comfort, and Bluetooth features really changed my opinion about hearing aids. my biggest fear was looking old , you cant see these when I have them on and they are so sleek people think they are earbuds.

My personal experience has been nothing but positive. When I was introduced to Starkey hearing aids I went in with a “wait and see attitude” because of feedback I had gotten from close friends. These friends had all purchased various brands of hearing aids which ended up in their night stand because of issues that bothered them enough to give up on the products that they paid a lot of money for. The main complaint was dealing with multiple sounds in social situations. With that said...... I personally have had no problems with any environment. The support and service I’ve received has made the transition to hearing again clean and simple. Because of the Covid situation I have not been around massive groups but I am not concerned because everything has gone so smoothly.

From the ability to choose a color to match my hair and skin, to the fitting process and then the moment I went "live," I have been supported by the company. In the month that I have been wearing my Livio Edge hearing aids, I have called customer service two times, and each time my question was answered and resolved. It's exciting to hear better and know that if I have any questions in the future, I can depend on the folks at Starkey to help me out.

STARKEY REVIEW This is a big thank you to Cat and Adrian and Cassie! You are professional and classy! You and you staff and associates Rock! For many, many years I have had very compromised hearing. But i never did anything about it. Over the course of those years I got used to, and adapted to, bad hearing. Then came the wall, the place where it was no longer tolerable. I had my hearing evaluated and started using another hearing aid. It worked a bit but still left much to be desired. Then came the Starkey Edge! It has rejuvenated and renovated my life; I have great conversations with my wife and my children; I have better conversations with associates and friends; I have better telephone conversations with bluetooth bringing the conversation to my hearing aids with clarity; I can listen to tv and radio and podcast programs. and when I want to I can jam, without any pods and wires attached to my ears. My husband and I both are extremely happy with our hearing aids. He had another brand in the past and considers the Starkey livioEdge product to be far superior to them. Charging is a breeze-no batteries to worry about and they’re super easy to put in and adjust. We couldn’t be happier!
