I love this company. I can't think of a thing they could do better. When ever I need anything they are always right there for me. The only negative about my hearing aids is I wish my volume could be controlled one ear at a time.

I can hear clearly, the app is simple to use and the support is great.

Dealing with hearing loss can be intimidating and confusing with all of the options available. Delaney McMahon and her assistant (apologies, do not have their name available) at Good Sound Audiology were able to put me at ease and educate me as to the options available and offered step by step instructions on the care and maintenance of my new hearings aids. I am grateful for their knowledge, empathy, and patience in walking me through a new experience. Their professionalism and humor is greatly appreciated.

Very thorough and professional from testing to fitting of hearing aids. Pamela was excellent at explaining the features and capabilities of the hearing aids and adjusting them to my needs. New hearing aids require a period of adjustment. The streaming device is necessary for watching tv as the hearing aids alone did not solve tv sound clarity. Background noise and tinnitus ringing is still an issue. This may improve as I have only had the aids for 3 months.

They try to help me to hear better which I like and they are friendly and understandable

I love my new hearing aids. I was treated well by the staff, who was in no rush to get my hearing tested & hearing aids adjusted.

I upgraded my hearing aids to improve my hearing and these did just that. Comfortable to wear and I love not having to deal with batteries.

I love the Starkey Audibel hearing aids. Great to be able to hear again. So convenient also that hearing aids are like apple iPods.
