Everyone from the reception desk, audiologist doing hearing test, person going over hearing test result and offering options and to finally meeting with Justine the audiologist teaching me about my hearing aids was phenomenal customer service. Also of course serving a nice lunch while waiting for my hearing aids to be made specifically for me.

I am so thrilled to be able to write this review. My Father was able to receive his hearing aids through the Starkey Hearing Benefit. And he was personally fit by Bill Austin. I was able to join my Father in the Center for Excellence during his appointment and I was blown away with the care and dedication he received. From his cleaning, to his hearing test, and even consultation, no detail was overlooked. All of the employees took the time to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and even fed while we waited for his hearing aids to be made. Thank you again to the wonderful team at Starkey you really are making a difference for each and every patient that walks through the door.

When I got married, I made a decision to go back to secondary school, and I passed very well then I was selected to Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), but since I'm hearing impaired person it was very difficult to make progress. One day, Starkey visited Malawi and provided free hearing aids at Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST). I was one of the beneficiary, and since then, my life changed. As I am speaking now, I am waiting for the graduation ceremony. 🎓 Results are out and show that I made a degree with credit. I don't know how I can thank you, but God will always bless you. Outstanding service from Starkey (Customer representative was Sherry B) Set up my Thrive app and in 15 minutes my husband who has a head injury was smiling and hearing again. Thank you

Caring and informative staff that gave me the best hearing aids ever.

I am very happy with my hearing aids. The only problem is that I live in Malta and we have warm weather 8 months of the year. The hearing aids goes off as soon as they get moist .
