The Starkey Genesis AI have changed my life. I’ve had them a year now and looking back I can’t believe how difficult and unenjoyable life was with all my previous hearing aids. I use a bi-cros system and the battery life has been brilliant (24 hours plus) which lets some competitors down with 12 hour battery life. The main thing for me though has been speech in difficult and noisy settings. I can socialise again without worry after 10 years of struggling since I lost hearing in one ear and some in the other ear. I’m not nervous or straining to hear, I turn on edge mode and it’s all sorted. I’ve even found myself hearing better than my friends in certain situations. The second main area they have changed my life is with music. I used to love music and live music, but it never sounded as good with other hearing aids. I’ve since picked my guitar back up, been to gigs and listen to music on speakers and truly enjoy it all like when I had working ears! They weren’t cheap but a year in and they were worth every penny. There are two issues I’ve had - the first being it took a week to get the set up correct. It took a some perseverance and I can easily understand why anyone might give up after a few days- birdsong was so loud it hurt at one point! But I was warned at the outset it might not be right first time and it did get sorted. The second thing is the streaming - audiobooks and music from my iPhone aren’t great quality and sometimes cut out. However, it’s a minor detail when compared to everything else. I just use over-ear headphones instead most the time. Overall, there was life before these hearing aids, and then there is life with them. Persevere at the beginning if you struggle and you won’t regret it. Thank you Starkey.

As someone with two older brothers who are hearing impaired, as well as a son, I have seen firsthand the impressive quality of their hearing aids and the exceptional service provided by their team. In particular, Bill and Tani Austin have gone above and beyond, generously giving their time and energy to help my family. Starkey Hearing is by far the BEST of the BEST! I've worn every hearing aid brand, model & manufacture out there since I was 2 years old. There are some great products out there, but the customer service provided by Starkey's hearing professionals is next to none! They've always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have a severe-to-profound hearing loss and I'm always amazed how their hearing aid products keep exceeding my expectations. I can hear, understand, communicate, engage & connect so much better and on so many levels. THANKS to Starkey Hearing, I can hear better and therefore... live better!

I contacted starkey direct and didn't get a fast response to my query, so I contacted them again, to my astonishment one of the management team (Lesley) answered my email. This lady made me feel like her priority, she could not do enough to help me and went absolutely above and beyond!!!!! All my life I have worked in customer service and unfortunately most places are a let down or average at best..... Lesley has been absolutely fantastic throughout and a credit to the company she works for!!! UNBELIEVABLE

The hearing aids are easy to place in the ears, and easy to recharge. The Starkey app on our iPhone works great in adjusting to the environment. The main problem we had was making sure our iPhones had separate apple accounts so they could connect properly. Dr and Mrs Duane Dolejsi

I truly want to thank Starkey for their excellent hearing aids, great support, and great service. My Halo i110 model hearing aids are now 9 years old!. I take good care of them, but I’ve had to send just one of them in a few times and recently had to send both of them in for repair. They still support them, which is amazing! I am 75 years old and really can’t afford a new pair. Thank you Starkey! Your product, phone support, and service is excellent.
