My wife and I recently went to the SoundPoint office in CasaGrande. We worked with Laura our Audiologist. It was a very professional and caring visit. Having a hearing test can be a bit challenging but she helped make things go extremely smoothly for us. Being a health care CEO for over 35 years, I know great people when I meet them. Laura is definitely one of the special ones. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.

The excellent service I received from Laura Kruppe, Hearing Specialist, at my Wheaton facility. She's thorough and detail oriented. My new Hearing aids are very clear.

I have not been able to hear much of anything in my right ear for over 10 years and this changed quite a lot for me. I should have done this years ago.

Once the hearing aids are adjust for you they work great. I am earing sounds that I haven't heard before. They have improved my ability to hear and now I wouldn't be without them. The ability to adjust them to the different programs on the hearing aids using your cell phone is a plus. In very noisy environments adjusting them by cell phone is easy.
