Have been a long time user of your units; I have bought four sets in the past. The service by my audiologist was excellent. Good explanations on the new unit, with friendly attitude. The unit itself, worked well. The waterproofing of the set was very useful in that by accidentally walking into a shower preventing the unit from short circuiting. All in all, I am pleased. With the new set.
