They work pretty well as hearing aids but disappointing bluetooth operation, rendering them almost useless due to poor connection.

The thing that I'm not happy about is the continual feedback that I get in my hearing aids and anytime I get a notification on my phone, I get noise in my hearing aids or even if I turn my phone off or on, or if I go into Walmart it's really bad! There is something interfering in the function of them

My previous hearing aids were at least fifteen years old. I thought that new technology would have more of an impact on my hearing then these did. Perhaps less expensive options would have worked just as well. BUT these were the only ones that my insurance helped pay for.

I basically like the hearing aides, but I don’t like that they don’t work on my phone and iPad simultaneously. I also don’t like that sometimes one goes out and I have to stop what I’m watching to reconnect it. Also, it’s hard to push the buttons on them. They keep slipping out of my fingers.

Je possède des aides auditives Starkey omega AImRIC R16 depuis peu. J'utilise un mobile Ulefone note 9P sorti en 07/2021 Android10 bluetooth 5.0 BLE et depuis quelques jours je ne parviens plus à connecter l'aide auditive côté droit en bluetooth et a l'associer. Y a t il une explication? Ça a pourtant fonctionné pendant 2 mois .Je me sers de l'application Starkey pour connaître le niveau de charge de la batterie et je ne vois actuellement que le côté gauche. Je suis donc déçu par l'application Starkey et les aides auditives car je ne peux pas non plus les utiliser pour écouter de la musique ou recevoir un appel. Je ne comprends pas car il faut soit disant un protocole Asha pour que ça fonctionne alors que j'ai du bluetooth 5.0 BLE ( low energie) qui est censé être plus performant, comment faire? En fait je regrette d'avoir pris Starkey car il faut un iphone ou Samsung dernier cri pour que ça fonctionne d'après mon audioprothésiste . L'oméga ai16 a beaucoup d'options mais que l'on ne peut pas utiliser.

I am having a difficult time wearing my hearing aids. They seem to give me a headache and they make voices louder but I still have a problem with diction and understanding the words. Maybe it's just me and I know that I am supposed to wear them everyday, but it is so much easier not wearing them.

The volume of hearing is OK but the clarity is lacking
