I love the hearing aids, but don't think I was given enough time with the technician. Very rushed for something so complicated. All about how I'm going to owe this much more if I need help -- basically a warning not to come back with problems. But love the hearing aids.

First of all I received a pair of hearing aids and right side hearing aid was not working. This sadly reflects on your quality control. Secondly replacement was received after 15 days. This again shows that your efficiency level is below par. I have therefore returned both the hearing aids which were purchased thru UHC. I request you to expedite refund of USD 1198 promptly. They recommend a very expensive addition to the hearing aid that is not required it made my ear hurt and bleed. I wish I could get my money back for something that I couldn’t wear.

I was told when I ordered my aids that the link between the ear bud and the battery case would be longer since my glasses and the short connector irritated my skin. Especially when I need Ed to wear a mask. When I received them John said NO WAY. And cut me off when I returned for my next visit. July 9 & 23.

Loved the ones I tried out originally. The ones sold to me had nothing but problems. After 5 repairs in the first 5 months and complaining about it I was given a new pair and was told they were the newest AI version of the ones I had. They perform badly. Noise reduction is terrible as I find myself having to quickly remove them time and time again due to the added decibel level at certain frequencies.Also, wind reduction is nonexistent. Overall I am very unhappy after all the problems and spending $4500.00. I feel like I have been swindled. Makes me very unhappy and disappointed. Quite discontent.

1. My charger died and I have a loaner 2. The receiver on my left deaf ear does not transmit well to the good ear on the left-and that is the whole reason I got them. 3. Your app does not have a phone number to call for help or any learning or robust instructions. 4. They hurt after wearing them all day behind my ear

I returned my hearing aids. The hearing aids and interface with the Starkey app failed. This rendered The hearing aids unusable and interfered with my limited natural hearing. The hearing aid adjustments for sound clarity were temporary. Once the hearing aids are put on the charger they reset, the adjustments done for sound clarity are gone. The hearing aids lose power quickly and at different times, not in sink with each other.

Just don't yet have the settings right, so not nearly as helpful as they should be.
