The product is great compared to previous brands. The provider was outstanding, going out of their way to assist me with hearing needs.

The service I received at Aplus hearing in Bothell was excellent.

Everything was perfect beginning to end. The staff in the Monroe office is the best! I was able to try out the new hearing aids before buying and then received great support on understanding what the new features are and how to care for them. A+ all the way.

The hearing is much better than my old hearing aids, there are some features that I like but not been able to conquer. The ability to translate. The supplier has not taken time even after asking, in Slidell.

I was skeptical about Starkey hearing aids at first as I’d never heard of the brand. So far they are working out better than I expected.

The ladies at both offices that I’ve been to were super helpful! They were very knowledgeable about what I needed! The only complaint that I have is not for them. I’m really disappointed that I can only get one hearing aid a year b/c of my insurance! Excuse me, but what kind of crazy crap is that.
