how willing they seem to help their customers
I really found it easy to work with Monty at Sound Decision. When I went in for my first appointment after getting my hearing aids, he answered all my questions and showed me exactly how to put in each hearing aid. I have been able to wear them the entire day and I have been able to hear in both a big crowd and at home watching TV. I believe I like my Starkey hearing aids better than the ones I had from Kirkland.

I am very happy with my Starkey Hearing Aids. They are very expensive but I need to be able to hear so what can you do in this situation.
