Good product

You have a good product. This is my second set of hearing aids, yours is far superior to my first pair. The device itself is well executed and the phone app works just fine. I especially like the Edge mode where the phone (aka pocket super-computer) does the sound signal processing. You business story attracted me to your brand before I bought. But maybe the best part was working with your representative here, Hearing Northwest. They are very professional and competent, and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Their after sale support is great.

Professional. more through than the previous dealers. More accessible than previous dealer. The instructional. Booklet hard to read. Small print. Have no complaints about hearing aid. I had Resounds before and when taking them out of the charger I could hear the chimes better than Starkey but that is small concern The important thing is I'm hearing great.
