Has pairing issues with android phone. Often disconnects during the day. Must hit volume button on phone for hearing aid to connect to streaming audio or phone calls.

The Starkey hearing aids are very good, but the batteries that the company provides with the hearing aids are a nightmare to open. They are in childproof packaging that is also "adultproof". It takes me over 15 minutes to open a package, rips my fingernails, and causes small cuts to fingers. I have spoken to 8 other adults who have these batteries supplied by Starkey, and they all say the same thing. It is ridiculous!

Loved the service from Carter Hearing. Was discouraged to have to send back my new ids for a problem and then got the wrong hearing aids back from you. Not even the right color ids came back originally. Finally it all got sorted out I think.

I just don't think the aids are helping that much. I guess i expected them to be better. They help with tv watching, but as far as conversations go, they don't make them easier to understand. I went to Affordable Hearing because i thought they would be cheaper, but they are still expensive.

I have already lost one and this week the other one fell out. I was able to find it. Seems like the fit is not working

Although they seem to work well when that are in my ears, You are limited to just a few programs and choosing different programs cannot be done completely by the user and requires calls to vendor. Carry case does not recharge or shut off the device when they are placed in the case unless it is plugged in to recharge. This is very inconvenient if you don't wear the hearing aids all the time. When you remove them and put them in the case, they stay connected to your smartphone. You can it up so the press a button shuts them off, but because the carry case is so big, it is inconvenient to take it with you to hold them if you do remove them. The you need to put them loose in a pocket. Not well thought out.
