My hearing aids are amazing. These are my fourth pair and by far the best ones I have owned. I can actually hear after years of struggling to hear. I have tried many different brands and just love these hearing aids.

Friendly and professional service

I love the AI feature for one. And this is the first time in all my time of wearing hearing aids that I heard a stream while taking a nature walk and heard an owl for the first time! Having a lot of amazing first times!!! Major improvement from the days of when you put them in you ear and turn the volume on or off. The downfalls, which don’t outweigh the plus, is the size of the charging box and the hoops you go through if they don’t stream. Minor in comparison to the ability to hear so much better. Have had hearing loss since a child. Getting worse as I have aged, so to hear those loud birds and traffic in a distance is a plus. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Very caring, extremely thorough, they make it fun..... also I got an iPad after receiving my hearing aid by signing up at the front desk with Sophie.. I'm low income and qualified for a hearing device which also allowed me to choose from a cell phone, a tablet or an iPad... how wonderful is that.,,,,, they certainly don't treat ya different because of being low income.....Total bonus... I couldn't put the exact date in the survey as it asked cuz I don't remember from last month

I love the easy push button customizations such as car, restaurant etc

The constant reminder of how is the device working

Very nice and informative staff. Somewhat difficult to type this as I have severe dry eye issues and it is tough to see.
