While I did not like the sales rep as he ignored me and spoke to my husband, I do like Jimmy, the person who regularly services my hearing aids. He has been great to work with from the start. I am not all that thrilled with the AI aspects of my new hearing aids as I think they adjust volume unnecessarily. It feels like one hearing aid shuts of entirely from time to time.

Before I got my Mine new hearing aid I had trouble hearing people talking. I now hear people talking and its wonderful.

As usual, acquiring my new hearing aids was quick and smooth. All paperwork covering my insurance part was completed at the office prior to picking up the new set. My hearing aid specialist, Andrew Roth, at the Ballston Spa office explained the new hearing aids, made all the adjustments perfectly and connected them to my iPhone.

2 months of use and this is my feedback so far. Comfortable, easy to use interface, long battery life, very good sound quality. My only complaint is when I brush or run my hands through my hair I tend to remove the hearing aids.
