I have only been using them for about a month so I don't want to say 5 stars yet, but they do work well and were a needed update from my old devices. they charge quickly and although I wish I had more control of them in the app like I did with my Resound model hearing aids, I do like how if the app is on, my hearing aids automatically switch to the correct programmed environment

I really like my devices but the WiFi connection could be better. Also the lowest setting is still too loud with my streaming music.

Having experienced audiologists makes all the difference. I am enjoying the advantages of these aids.

On the upside - I love my new aids. They really enhance my lifestyle. The audiologists behind the scenes are excellent at taking my input and creating hearing programs that work for any situation. On the downside - streaming through the hearing aids and mics from my computer or my phone is cumbersome to set up, swap between, and customize. I've noticed that you're trying to work on this, but as of yet, there are still some issues that need to get addressed. Like: longer phone notifications (which I'm sure is an Android issue) or a full-size pop-up for phone calls so I can switch off the aid's mic easily when needed --- and it's always needed because the aid's mics cause awful echo or faraway audio for the person on the other end of the phone. This results in the fact that you have to turn off the mics and still hold the phone up to your mouth so the person on the other end of the phone can hear you. This makes me miss my earbuds. So, I've taken to having to swap back and forth between them and the aids if I'm listening to music or a video or if I'm trying to actually hear the rest of the world. Back to the upside, I love them none-the-less, and I recommend them and the company whole-heartedly.
