The person was more of a sales pitch than understanding the conditions of my hearing bc tenitis is the issue of clarity not the volume and these hearing aids only help me hear everything else but the clarity of words being spoken! I don’t need to hear surrounding things that are not important but I need to hear what someone is saying as priority

My experience is mixed. These are my first pair of hearing aids so I have nothing to compare them to. So far they have been OK. Some days I forget I have them in; some days they are definitely there. It has been 9 months, and some days still have problems with fit. My problems have been more with the dealer. He didn't really listen to my complaints that one of mine was not fitting for the first 5 months. It took someone else to look at it to get his attention. On the other hand the dealer was always available when I wanted to go in when I had problems (other than the fit),

Too expensive compared to the other products available.

For what they cost I would expect conversations easier to hear and less noise. Also one shouldn’t have to purchase a service contract

No training on maintenance of hearing aids. Had to go to independent specialist. I contacted your customer support via email at least three times. Not even a reply!!!

Upgrade to higher level/ more expensive hearing aids (Starkey) and after several months and adjustments my hearing is not as good as with previous aids. Yearly maintenance contract or alacart services are expensive.

Units fit well and hold a great charge. Since the last firmware update, they have been riddled with Bluetooth connectivity issue and poorer sound transfer. I just need to get back to the office to see if a corrected update is available.
