November 2025 pd $250 to get batteries in my halo Starkey hearing aids. January 2026 right hearing aid say battery is low at 8pm. Visit to hearing provider rt battery is at 50%left is at 70%. Solution is live with it or $250 to send them back in.

No follow up appointment! Not working as well as I anticipated. Wrong size.

I am not extremely happy with these hearing aides. Sometimes one will come off my ear when putting my eyeglasses on or taking off (changing glasses) or if on phone the hearing part in back of ear comes off and is then hanging there. Also I have static occasionally in one ear or the other. Very annoying. Also I am not able to hear clearly in a crowded environment.

First battery life is very poor. Second the hearing aids keep trying to fall out of my ears. One hearing aid requires more maintenance than the other.

Flimsy sound tubes will not support aids. Also ,shape of the aids does not fit the back of my ears as well as my old Starkeys. Feed back is very annoying when i get close to someone or something.

These 1500 Starkey hearing aids cost 3000 dollars and have been nothing but trouble. I’ve had them almost 3 years and the left on has been sent back to factory 3 times for repairs. The right was fixed 1 time. When ever some calls me or I call them they can’t hear me unless I change my phone to speakerphone then it’s hard for me to hear them. You would think I could get a loaner pair while waiting for them to come back from the repair shop but no. I go half death for 2 weeks! Doug

Bad dealers do not respond to calls push you for more expensive products rush you out of office without fully informing you not willing to help with a problem sorry I bought them

I have BiCROS hearing aids. Walking by a car that was starting up and my hearing aid shut off and back on. Sitting at a table in the cafeteria of a school and hearing aid shut off and back on. While raking leaves at my house I heard 2 beeps and a ding and my hearing aid shut off and back on - twice. While working on my iPad with Bluetooth on, my hearing aid dings when I close the active window and go to another. Put my hearing aids in my pants pockets while mowing the lawn. The right one turned off while in my pocket and needed to be put back in the charger to turn it back on. The right turned off again while watching TV on the same day. I’ll be contacting my provider again after Thanksgiving. I had my CROS hearing aid returned in September. There were no details provided on if anything was fixed. These incidents above took place during the last month. I have had my Starkey hearing aids since 8/25/25.
