They squeal a lot. Just getting next to something, like inside a car or next to a kitchen cabinet set off the squealing. It is uncomfortable just to reach up to take them out because of the squealing caused by my hand. There needs to be a better filter to stop all the noise of knives and forks clanking on the plates, because all I hear at dinner is plates clanking, and my self chewing. I am effectively deaf at any dining situation.

Please make provisions for Android phones. An update by either Starkey or Samsung turns the bluetooth feature on when I answer the phone or make a call, unable to hear anything, until I physically look to see it's on, and have to turn off to be able to hear the person. Apparently options also aren't available for Android users according to audiologist.

I love my Starkey Evolvs, I wear them from (roughly) 7am to 10pm! But I still cannot understand with all the technology you brag about being built into them, they cannot connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to my APPLE/Mac computer at work as they have flawlessly connected wirelessly to my APPLE/iPhone! So for Zoom/MS Teams calls I have to REMOVE-to-REPLACE them with OTHER ear buds that WILL connect wirelessly to my Mac computer! This is a incomprehensibly technological short-coming—particularly for as much as they cost! I’m totally dumbfounded, this is UNIVERSAL BLUETOOTH—not a proprietary Apple thing. All OTHER buds can connect to my Mac, why can’t yours!? But we’re to come to you for the technology advances to hear? Please work with Apple's MacOS—as you have with their iOS (on iPhone)—to enable them to connect wirelessly to my Apple/Mac computer please? -you CAN do it! Meanwhile... you advise me to contact my hearing professional for a "TableMic"? uhhhh YOU ARE my hearing professional! This is so disappointing for a company that boasts "technological advances"...apparently not all of them. Never-mind, I'll go buy a cheap set of over-the-ear 'cans' : (

Keeps falling out of my ear.

It's not easy. I don't know if I am losing my balance easily because of my medication, because of the end of my toes feeling like plastic or wood or because of my glasses or why not? Because of all my medication. Hard to tell. Also they are difficult to wear with my glasses because of the problem of wearing them at the same time. It gets to be complicated to figure out where the problem really is. It's not going to be fixed with a review that's for sure.

The hearing aids are great, but my local audiologist just does not comprehend how to take out the inner ear resonance and has so messed up my hearing aid that it is nearly useless now.

Just had new aids fitted one works well the other falls out of my ear have to be careful the firm has tried twice to fix the problem. I get the aids to work well in their room and is good but go out into the shopping centre and it is difficult hearing what individuals are saying. Most disappointed in the aids with the money spent.

I think the Starkey technology w/Thrive App, is too complex. It is worse than learning a new iPhone. Notifications and hearing aid connect is very confusing. Need less automation and more manual selection/adjustments Starkey reply does not say the name of the App … ugh 😩 I downloaded My Starkey App and it cannot find my hearing aid … ugh! No documentation… double ugh. Probably have to delete Thrive App to make it connect to My Starkey. But, if that does not work I will have reinstall the Thrive App. I could spend the day on this when a simple Starkey provided instruction manual could facilitate the transition/install.
