Have had the Starkey Hearing AIDES I purchased through ECHO HEARING Over a YEAR! BEWARE JUNK JUNK JUNK!! After a year, I have every 3 weeks needed to return to the audiologist, contacted Starkey customer service, been told various tales of why I am having difficulties with their hearing aides too numerous to mention here, also was told how their tech dept had no suggestions, referred me back to tge audiologist ( Etour is her name a very fine lady) , been on a Video link with their specialists in Minnesota and Florida, paid $5,000.00 for regular malfunctioning equipment! Starkey is poor quality period. Spend your monies elsewhere, GOOD LUCK!

These are the worst! They are intermittent when connecting to my phone, they fell apart after a year. DON’T waste your money on these! 6k wasted, money down the drain for me.

On 4/3/19 I spent $5000 for Livio hearing aids. Last year (2022) shortly before the warranty was up they did not hold the battery charge and were sent back for repair. 10 months later they no longer held the charge. The charger works but the hearing aids of today 3/13/23 hold a charge for about 2 hours. I also purchased a TV streamer for another $500 that doesn't work consistently because of the low battery. Is there any way to resolve this without a big financial cost and a fix that is guaranteed more than a few months?

Avantages ilsont peu nombreux le principal est que les prothèses auditives tiennent bien dans les oreilles car faites sur mesures avec prise de l'empreinte dintra auriculaire Inconvenients ils sont tellement nombreux que cet espace n'y suffirait pas à les énumérés certains sont inadmissibles Inconvénients majeurs 1 morphologiquemt sont enormes peu discrets 2 l'effet Larsen  lorsque l'ampli rentre en ascillation  l'elctronique devrait immédiatement etouffer cette oscillation: inc'esttin admissible 3 Starkey Grance dedaigne repondre aux questions par mail 4 mon smartphone via thrive permet le reglage des volumes sonore mais pas la connexion pour la musique Starkey repond ce n'est possible qu'avec vertains smartphones il faut transiter par leur émetteur bluetooth incorporé dans leur micro nomade: inadmissible Bref il y a tellement d'inconvénients que je ne puis ici les énumerer 6 les batteries rechargeables e mode streaming tiennent à peine 4 heures ce n'est pas assez inadmissible 5 l'amplificateur met en exergue certains bruits inutiles au détriment des conversations  c'est Insupportable 7 pas de stéreophonie on ne sait pas 8 coutent tres cher d'où vient un bruit

I have model Muse 1Q 12000 Starkey. For the first 4 plus years I used them they were excellent. However the ear bud and ear retainer replacement parts now are of inferior quality. The ear buds are less rigid than the previous ones and have to be constantly adjusted. The ear retainer, i.e. the filament that stabilizes it in your ear is rigid and does not have a memory, after placement it straightens out and projects from my ear. It is embarrassing on a zoom meeting as I am continually pushing it back in place. Also, during general wear the retainer is sticking out of my ear making it look as if I am not wearing them correctly. Serendipitously I had the right hand hearing aid sent in for repairs recently; it came back with the original style parts and has given me no trouble. As it is now the replacement parts are of inferior quality. I have less than 6 months to go until they will be replaced as per BC Workers Compensation rules. I am looking forward to changing to a better brand. I used to wear them all day but I just wear them for meetings, telephone calls etc. now/

batteries only last about 10 hours and then go dead and have to recharge them

I have a new set of Starkey hearing aids just about worthless. I'd heard so much about how good Starkey are . I have a set of greatest disappointment. Half the time I cannot hear. In the book does not tell me how to and just them .Right now unless something really happens I'll be returning them.

My Starkey hearing aids have been nothing but problem after problem since I purchased them less than 4 years ago. I've had 3 devices replaced under warranty and 1 out of warranty. My 2nd device is experiencing battery failure like the other one which was replaced in January, My audiologist now tells me it is a lithium battery issue and he no longer sells rechargeable units. I'm also on my 3rd charging unit at a cost of $169. $4500 hearing aids that have failed to live up to the claims made when I purchased them. Starkey has since informed me that they would reach out to my audiologist to see if they could help and now almost 30 days later no help was ever offered. Given the current inflated prices if hearing devices this is shameful!
