I still do not hear as clearly as I would like to hear especially when I am in a place where two conversations are going on and I am trying to hear the person speaking to me.

You have been given a middle rating because I have not received the product yet. I would be happy to do a more meaningful review after using the product for a while.

The hearing aids are of excellent quality, and the clarity and adjustments are amazing. The one thing that distracts from their performance is the little wire that sits in the ear conch; it is terribly annoying to me. It tickles and itches. Why is it there?

My hearing has improved slightly, but I still have problems with adjusting to hearing myself talk. I feel like I am underwater. The buds dont fit my ear canal very well and I am constantly adjusting them to ouch them into my canal. My charging station only works part of the time. I cannot rely on my left hearing aid to charge completely each day. I enjoy the Starkey app. If I accidentally touch my ears, I am surprised to find it is adjusting to unknown sounds. Overall I am not completely satisfied

Waterproof. Battery lasts about 36 hours not the 1 hours they claim. It takes an experienced audiologist to program them accurately. I did not have one at my Starkey store.

Did not get any info about the difference between each level of your hearing aids and which one would best fit my needs. When I went to pick up my hearing aids ( a new person ) talked more about how to use them and was more informative. Had more confidence in the second person,

Can be a pain, sometimes they can not connect to phone, could take several tries to get it done, sometime they don't charge correctly

I have a pair of Edge AI 24 aids on trial. These are my first hearing aids and I decided to purchase a top of the range pair as I wanted to take advantage of the AI features for my hearing but as a hobby musician I also wanted the audio streaming features. As far as hearing is concerned they seem to perform well so far and have amplified the 8K+frequencies without any distortion. However the audio streaming seems very flakey. The app and the streaming will sometimes disconnect from the aids for no apparent reason (even though they are working for amplifying my hearing) and I have had to resort to turning the phone off and on and for re-pairing. The streaming works fine when I am in the house but if I move 10 to 20 yards from my house even if there is no noticeable background noise the sound level in each ear fluctuates and cuts off randomly I have checked this out and found it has nothing to do with WiFi or bluetooth or mobile data settings and it does the same when streaming or playing from a file that is permanently stored on the phone using several different apps. I even tried to check this out on my Wife’s Iphone 16 Pro with IOS 18 but the IOS app couldn’t even find the hearing aids (I had my phone switched off when trying just in case). Both our phones connect to a wide variety of other audio bluetooth devices successfully. I don’t know whether this is the app or the aids but I notice that the Android App score has now dropped to 2.4 it was 2.6 when I started my trial! UPDATE 14/3/2025 After several weeks of trying to work this out for myself I have found that in terms of the pairing issue if I remove almost all my other bluetooth devices (not ideal obviously) and put my phone very close to the aids as soon as I take them out of the charger, they will pair automatically. In terms of the audio media streaming if I keep my phone to within about 10" of the aids the sound doesn't bounce back and for between the left and right aids as much - this requires a jacket or coat or shirt with a top pocket or a neck sling (again far from ideal)
