The installer was very professional - she answered all our questions, concerns and explained the process of usage and mechanics to us very well even covered the maintenance, what happens if have power outage. The stairlift has been God send; so much easier to transport groceries and laundry up and down the stairs and makes it much easier for me as have problems with vertigo and asthma. Would be out of breath time I climbed stairs or would freeze going up or down unable to move. Feel much safer and Stannah is a superior company to do business with - from the seller to the installer - pro's all the way!

Ever since the chairlift has been installed, my knees, feel better. The convenience of getting from one level to the next is it improved tremendously.
