The installation was neat and quick. The installer ‘s instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only issue I see is remembering what to do if the power goes out. I will just need to read the instructions again!

We have a home in Nantucket and the steps to the 2nd floor are very steep. Unfortunately, it has became very hard for me to climb the steps safely. I looked into getting a stairlift and after much research and speaking to many satisfied customers I arranged to have a representative from Stannah come out to observe our steps. The representative was excellent and explained how the stairlift would be installed. We decided to order the stairlift and the date of installation was assigned. I use the stairlift several times a day and couldn't be happier. So I can honestly say if you are looking to purchase a stairlift, Stannah Stairlifts are an outstanding company!!! 1
