I appreciate the installation was as scheduled. Unfortunately my friend Brian who I had the chair lift order for felt he did not get a full explanation from the installer and did not know how to come down with it. I contacted the company on your customer assistance number and the woman who was very polite and helpful scheduled a technician to come over the very next day to look into the problem which turn out to be just a simple operating instruction to hold the button for 3 seconds. Because of the fast response and because Brian is so happy with his new chair lift, I am giving your company the highest possible recommendation and the price that you installed it for which was $3,700 was very fair compared to other quotations that we got. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.

Took 1 and 1/2 months to install would have liked more updates on progress. Well worth the wait however since installation went fast and complete.

From start to finish everything was wonderful. I am still sad that I need a chair but this chair is so helpful. My knees are happy. Your staff was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and they deliver a safe product. Many thanks.

The installer was polite, cheerful, did his job in a timely manner, and was helpful in an emergency situation. He was thoughtful and caring. We appreciate the stairlift. It has been exactly what we needed.
