A construction supervisor recommended Stannah and I did not check out any other brands. I had a problem w it beeping - I either didn't hear the installer's instructions or the number 2 in the red box indicating charging was not mentioned.a technician arrived on Mon& was very helpful.

Your sales associate, Paul was very knowledgeable & professional about the Stannah company. He answered all our questions about the chair-lift system & was very helpful. The installer, Carl was also very professional. He did a great job installing the system & showing us how to operate it. He even came back 2 days later to make an adjustment on the system to run smoother up the stairs. We love our new stair chair-lift. It helps us tremendously with our health by not climbing stairs anymore. Thank you Stannah company.
