My chair was installed
My chair was installed. Several issues did pear. First, it was louder than I expected besides the sound of chest the chair moving on its rail. There is the beeping noise that is there because of the railing that is extending to the floor and the beeping before you can send the chair up the stairs. Also, it does rattle a bit where the steps attached to the stairs. It always makes me feel a little uneasy. The other issue is the chair really only turns about 75% at the top not 85%.

Regarding the beeping, we installed a Retractable Rail for your safety due to a tripping hazard in your home, which is why we advise against leaving the lift at the bottom of the stairs. Additionally, our chairs are designed to turn up to 75% at the top to prevent pinching hazards and ensure user safety. Your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us.
