Everything went well with the installation. The rep was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all questions we had.

Only issue was the installer was a little late. But aside from that, the whole process from beginning to end was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to others

Was very pleased with all involved in the setting up of my new chairlift! Rich Selah was very nice and helpful! The only issue I had, was that I anticipated the chair only coming out from wall 13-1/2", did not take into consideration the bannister or the heating baseboard at entry. I wish my husband had not been so opposed to being present and more open minded, would have helped answer or bring up these questions. (He still claims he will never use it-we will see!) Brad and Josh were very thorough and professional with the install and explanation of usage! I have already used often, especially late in day or carrying things down two flights of stairs! will recomend to anyone who may be in need, it saved my mom back in the day carrying for my dad at home! thanks again!

The salesman was knowledgeable and explained my options. The installation occurred on the date, promised it was successful however, I noticed a knob hanging from underneath the mechanism. I called and sent him a picture and they returned my call telling me not to worry about it. it was OK.

I love going up and down 3 levels on the stannah stairlifts because it gave me access to my whole house. Also it saved my knees, neck,and back from constant pain and further deterioration. I am very grateful for the quality of my life has improved vastly due to the installation of the stairlift.

Good sales rep and office support. Installing techs polite and caring. One star reduction because initial delivery/install lacked power swivel feature as ordered. Required a second tech visit to correct.
