The installers we were equally exceptional they were on time, polite very clean and went through how everything works. The whole experience was great

The installation was well done. They showed us how to use the machine and make sure that we understood. Jeff, Joe and Kevin did a great job of installing quickly as well. They also gave us a number to call when we have questions or issues. The salesperson, Steve, made sure that the stairlift we bought met our needs. Overall a good experience.

From my first contact with Kristin who answered my call to her following up and advancing an appointment with Gene Murphy, both who went out of their way to assist me with my emergent situation, and in addition young Anthony who did the installation by himself, all deserve recognition from the Company as being superb employees of Stannah. They all are assets to the Corporation. From polite, professional phone conversations, to Gene explaining what he thought we needed to Anthony displaying respect, intelligence and professional installation, I am more than thrilled I chose Stannah. I hope they all get something special for their efforts.

We chose Stannah primarily for the fact you have a slim model for tight spaces and a rent-to-buy option, as well as a refurbished option. Michelle, my sales representative was wonderful. She was very attentive to our needs, especially since we are installing it for a loved one who isn't home right now. She explained my options in detail, answered my many questions, and was always available when I needed help. Eric, who installed the lift was great. After installing, he explained in detail how to use it, let us try it out and left the brochure and contact info in the event of any issues. I'm very happy with the service we've received. I would recommend Stannah to anyone who wants a stairlift.

We prefer to call this a chair lift as opposed to an stairlift because Mom was an avid skier well into her eighties. Now the chairlift has a whole new meaning! Everything went smoothly as scheduled. When we had a few issues the service person came within a few hours to solve the problem. Everyone was courteous and polite.
