Installation was quick, overall cost was reasonable, the sales and installation personnel were professional and knowledgeable. The product was exactly as advertised and performed as described. The only issue I have identified so far is my wife's inability to lock down the unit at the top of the stairs making it hard to maneuver around it.

The chair was installed in a timely manner which I loved! A demonstration was given on how to use the chair. All questions that I had regarding the durability and warranty were answered. After a week of using the lift, my mom and dad love it very much. They like it because its very easy to use. One thing I found the switch with LED light on handle kind of heats up when turned on. When turned off, the flashing light is kind of annoying.

Everyone at Stannah is very professional and helpful. We ate very happy with the stairlift in terms of functionality and quality. Subtracted 1 star be ause something we t weo g along the way with our order. We requested an extension onto our second floor landing. It was included in the order placed by our sales person, but was missing at the time of installation. While disappointing, a refund for that portion of our order was pro issued promptly with no friction. I would definitely recommend Stannah.
