My wife and I recently installed a new Stannah Stairlift in our home in NYC. The 2 gentlemen who did the installation were friendly, courteous and professional. They definitely took their time and did not rush the job so they could move on to their next assignment. They did excellent work and then double checked everything. They did not leave until my wife and I were completely familiar with the operation of the chair. They even insisted that we both use the chair in their presence. The Stanch chairlift has had a totally unexpected but POSITIVE effect on our lives. When we leave our home for doctor's appointments or for any other reason, we no longer dread or worry about how will we be able to fight our way up the "terrible 13" stairs into our home. We no longer fear leaving our home because we know the chairlift will take care of everything. We sincerely wish we had installed the chair years ago. We would have avoided a lot of misery, pain and heartache. THANK YOU

Sounds a bit boastful. However; my 95 yr old mother in law would be pooped out after a scaling of our stairs from the garage to the main floor. Even going down although she never complained you could tell she was nervous of falling or tripping as she slowly would descend the stairs. She needs less sleep in the day and seems much more willing to travel when she knows she has to leave for an appointment. She doesn't dread the need to traverse the stairs. Having replaced her hips and knees she was never keen to begin with. Now she is quite comfortable when she is required to ascend or descend our stairs. We also feel much better as she is no longer in pain during the traversing process. We know by bringing in the stairs, we have given her more social living experiences and less dreaded experiences.

Installed a product which does exactly what it is supposed to do, on time, on budget, and when a small issue arose shortly thereafter, serviced it in a timely matter.

This works like a charm, is very quiet. So glad we have it.

The installer was very pleasant and knew his job. The gentleman who came to do the maintenance where efficient and nice.

Our technician was personable, informative and very efficient. The whole experience was less than an hour and he gave us important information about our next servicing as well as our contract coverage. All in all, it was a very helpful and professional visit.

We love our Stannah stairlift. It has made a huge difference in my wife's mobility. No problems so far!
