Stannah Stairlifts USAReviews of stannah-stairlifts.com

From inquiry to purchase to installation services was above and beyond. Staff salesman and installer were helpful and knowledgeable. A true pleasure to work with Stannah company

Outdoor stair lift working flawlessly - installation team was prompt, polite & professional as was customer service, both before and after the sale. One thing I failed to consider when contemplating this purchase was not only would it allow my 85 year old mom to stay in her house being able to easily get in and out, but it has had the added benefit of enabling friends and family with similar difficulty on stairs to visit. One of the best decisions I've made & mom loves it!

The installation was great and the retractable track system is amazing. It took my Mom a few tries but now she handles it like a pro.

We needed both indoor and out door stair lifts. I did a lot of research prior to contacting Stannah, so i knew they were well regarded. What I was NOT prepared for was the people they sent out.! They were Well, NICE. And HAPPY. We had 2 installers and both went out of their ways to express THEIR satisfaction and pride in their company. They were also consummate professionals who clearly knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. And perfectly wonderful in the house. I'm afraid both indoors and out doors might have been tidier when they left than when they came. The stair lifts? remarkable. Sturdy, easy to use, quiet-- with a wonderful warranty. Life changing!

Doug, our salesperson was great and very helpful. Our installers were quick and cleaned up, never knew work had been done. We love the stairlift which we bought for our 48 year old son who had a severe stroke. The stairlift works smoothly, when our son had problems swiveling, we got an automatic swivel chair which was installed very quickly. Everyone was kind and helpful including those we spoke to on the phone.

From the first phone call to the install this was a class act. Doug Freeman came out and reviewed the products and was able to make the measurements that day. They were very understanding of our needs and Cheri Vasquez was so helpful in the office and faxed all information and forms needed to proceed with order. We had a custom curved stair and they explained the rental vs owning, the payments, and sell back options. There was never any pressure. It took a few weeks to deliver and the installers were amazing. I am sorry to say that I cannot think of their names, but they were very professional. It took a couple of hours to install and then they spent about an hour going over the lift and how to use it. The lift is actually bolted to the stairs not the wall and is so sturdy. My parents have been using this now for about 2 months and they are so pleased. It changed their lives and they can stay in their home of 45 years.

Please be advised that this company Stannah Stairliift is totally awesome. Because transaction with them was always absolutely seamless..*******************

From my first call of inquiry through the installation - all individuals involved were extremely courteous and professional! Never once did my mother or me feel any kind of sales pressure. Installation went smoothly and so far my mother is loving her stair lift. Thank you for for this enhancement to Mom's quality of life!
