We have now had our stair lift for a full month and are totally satisfied with it. The service we received while buying and during the installation was excellent.

Our experience with Stannah has been positive in every way. The salesperson, Rich, was personable, certainly knowledgeable about the product and the installer was prompt and efficient. We are very happy we chose Stannah. My mother, who has a few problems, is able to handle the stairlift easily. thank you for your expertise.

I found this company to be the most honest one out there. Jonathan was our salesperson and he came to my parents house , on time and dressed as a casual but professional person. He had a folder all set up with us that held information and forms to fill out if we indeed decided to go with Stanton. He took all the measurements and then sat down with my mom and I to discuss the needs of my father who would be using the stair lift. He took his time and was not condescending about the needs or ages of my parents. Jonathan was honest and said that Stannah was not the cheapest but as a family owned business always involved with their customers and the safety of the product. When Jonathan left he left us with his card and there was no pressure phone calls after that. He gave us the time to view other products and let us call him when we were ready. Price for a refurbished one was very competitive.

Quite a remarkable piece of machinery. My husband, who has dementia, was afraid to ride it, but he does so willingly now. It is safe, steady, quiet, and gets the job done. We have a curved staircase, so it is custom and goes around two corners. We are pleased.

The sales person was very helpful and explained all the details involved with the installation of the lift that was right for me. The technician was very professional and efficient. He explained and demonstrated the unit and answered all my questions. It was a great job! I only wish that I could have had it installed a little earlier, but it was not a long wait.

Best choice ever! Consultation was very informative and the sales representative was very friendly and to the point. The options of new vs used and rent to own vs purchase outright really ease the burden of a pressured decision. The installer was equally impressive. Friendly, quick and very neat! His instructions were easy to understand and very patient. Top shelf company, product and staff!

Great sales call. No BS and the guy knew his product. Company communications good. Good installation crew. Product is excellent. There was a glitch somewhere, maybe in measurement or manufacture. This was a custom job, with custom bends, so who really knows? First rail was not quite right. Sales rep visited, measured, used levels, etc., then went back to work things out. Another custom rail manufactured and installed. Works great. There was ZERO hassle about the replacement. Excellent company that stands behind there product. They’ve been doing it for 155 years. I would buy from them again. An easy 5 stars.
