The curved stair lift unit was measured correctly, delivered when promised, and installed by knowledgeable friendly people. The price and quality of the unit were competitive with other quotes. Local Massachusetts parts warehouse is also a plus. Would highly recommend.

Salesman was very helpful. All interactions were respectful, punctual and considerate. Install went smoothly. Lift purchased was used but looks and works perfectly well so far.

We had gone back and forth of wether to do this for my mother. I had two companies come out to do an estimate. Stannah being one. They were very professional and thorough with the product and information. I waited awhile to do the installment I never got the hounding phone calls from stannah like I did the other company. Which is a plus in my book. When I called again to have an estimate and installment done. Again very professional and helpful. The stairchair has been In for two weeks now and my mother lives it and feels very confident with it. A huge thank you to Stannah And highly recommend!!!

I called them back two years later to have a second stair lift installed for the cellar stairs. That says it all.
