The young man who installed my chair was very nice, went right to work and cleaned up after himself. That happens so rarely these days. I did mention to him that it would be nice if the chair could swivel at the bottom of the stairs, in the opposite direction and his response was mmhmm. Maybe he was not listening. I called a week or so later and asked if there was some way this could be done and they said absolutely. Other than that, which really wasn't much, my experience was still 5 star. All around from the representative who came to the house, the installer and even my phone calls have all been nice. Thank you

Great company,Great design. We liked the compact design of the rail system. This is my second purchase from this company. We now have two Stannah stairlifts in different locations in our home.. We purchased from them again because of their outstanding after sales service. The original stairlift is now 5 years old. Whenever we needed a service call they address the issue within 24 hours.
