This was an extremely professional experience. The salesperson who came to my home was knowledgable and professional. Purchased the lift and was told it would be 3 weeks until installation. Exactly 3 weeks later my lift was installed. Technician came on time and had it installed perfectly in 90 mins. Reviewed all of the operational facts and was one of the most professional people I have ever had. Couldn't be happier with my new lift and strongly recommend this first class company.

We had a stairlift installed in our home on 8/31/21. Derek and Jen where just fantastic. Very professional and they walked us through everything. They really deserve 10 stars.

The second chair and installation is excellent which made me realize the problem with the first. I will be calling for service for the one installed 5 months ago
